You slowly yet surely move up the ranks of the City as Roland, Angela's newfound servant, slowly conquering all of the city.
The Sephirot are also reincarnated as Patron Librarians, and are in charge of their respective floor of the Library. With each book, you're able to get buffs, and it makes it easier to take down the next opponent/guest. Library of Ruina is the sequel to Lobotomy Corporation's true ending, where Angela has become the Library's Director and is now collecting books from the city. Each department has their own team of employees, which are the ones who work with the Abnormalities. Everyday, you're able to pick out a new abnormality from the selected ones provided by the game and it'll be added to a department's containment cells. Their roles in LobCorp are ones of bosses, they're all in charge of their respective departments, all with their own unique benefits and buffs. Lobotomy Corporation (along with LC2) is a management game, with the original being based around creatures called Abnormalities and collecting the daily energy quota.
